About Paul

My name is Paul and I am a qualified Angelic Reiki Practitioner recognised by the International Association of Therapists and a qualified Transformational Coach recognised by the International Coach Federation.

I also have a background as a dance teacher, coach and mentor and have been in extensive somatic psychotherapy myself.

I believe that we look to solve the challenges we are faced with and “we seek what we need” when the time is right for us and we may look for support in these change processes.

Often the blocks that stop us moving forward are unconscious and stored “energetically” within our bodies.

This may require more body focused attention and less “talking” based approaches.

Reiki offers you the opportunity to get in touch with your body’s own inate wisdom and healing capabilities.

It is also an invitation to slow down, rest and be with yourself in quiet space.
